The Exhibitor requests to contract the following exhibit space from The Association at the Crossroads Convention Center in Huron, South Dakota for the workshop on January 31- February 1, 2007.  Move-in day is Wednesday, January 31, 2007, beginning at 8:00 a.m.  Move-out day is Thursday, February 1, 2007, beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Contracts require a 25% deposit with the order.  Balance will be due by January 1, 2007.  Your company is liable for space ordered and not used.

 

All booths are draped with 9’ backdrop and 3’ sides.  One 8’ table, table cloth, and two chairs are provided.  More can be ordered at move-in time.
